  • We are currently in the process of obtaining our 501(c)(3) nonprofit status. By the time our website is fully launched, we anticipate that process being complete.

  • We are currently based in Florida and serve girls statewide. As we grow, our goal is to expand our reach nationwide.

  • Currently, our program is designed specifically with girls in mind, as our mission centers on empowering young girls.

  • Each bundle is curated by our co-founders. We take the time to review every girl’s style profile and shop with care to make sure her bundle feels uniquely hers.

  • We provide bundles on a monthly basis, only accepting people we can commit to. We plan to start with 5 per month a gradually increase those numbers every month.

  • We aim to provide each girl with a bundle valued between $1000-$2,500. Our goal is to make every experience feel as special as possible.

  • All clothing and items included in every First Threads bundle are brand new. We believe every girl deserves to feel that something was chosen just for her.

  • Clothing is purchased specifically for each girl based on her personal style profile. We shop with her preferences, sizes, and inspirations in mind to ensure everything feels intentional and curated. So, because of this, there is not one specific place we shop at.

  • Input is everything. The entire First Threads experience is built around her through her style, her inspirations, her personality. We ask about her favorite colors, clothing styles, and aesthetic inspirations, and we always check if there are specific items she has been dreaming of or would not like to recieve. Every piece in her bundle is chosen with her specifically in mind.

  • We do not have size restrictions. We curate everything personally and can work with any size.

  • Girls who are experiencing clothing insecurity or who lack the means to express their personal style through their clothing may qualify. We require a referral from a trusted source such as a school counselor, teacher, social worker, community program, or similar . Someone who can speak to the girl's need. We are open-minded and always willing to hear unique situations, so don't hesitate to reach out if you're unsure.

  • Yes. We work with girls from Fourth Grade through twelfth grade.

  • No. Our program exists to give, not to ask for anything in return.

  • Since every bundle is deeply personalized to the girl's own style and personality, we ask that the girl herself be involved in the application process so that her voice is truly at the center of it.

  • Yes! Clothing insecurity and the desire to express your style do not only exist within school walls.

  • There is a limit to one per every two years as of right now but we hope to lower that by the end of the year.
